Transactional accounts
At Promutuel, daily savings, means Progress and Crescendo : two transactional accounts that go hand in hand with savings and latitude.
The Progress account
The Progress account combines the advantages of a savings account with those of a chequing account, avoiding the transfer of funds. Interest is paid monthly, calculated every day, and the rate is increased according to your daily balance. The Progress account offers protection from overdrafts and, thanks to the Manoeuvre Protection line of credit, allows you to deal with unforeseen expenses.
Do you have a minimal monthly balance of over $2,500? If so there will be no service fees for your cheques, pre-authorized debits, withdrawals at NBC automated banking machines, transfers or InteracTM direct Payment, and no fees for the maintenance of your account. You will receive a monthly statement of your account abling you to keep track of all transactions.
The Crescendo account
Need more latitude? You can have it with a Crescendo account because it allows you to take advantage of Grande Manoeuvre, a built-in credit line, which will open up a world of possibilities. Among its advantages, Crescendo is offered without service fees (excluding the user fees for the InteracTM and CIRRUS®networks). As well, your interest is calculated on a daily basis, paid monthly and increased according to your daily balance. A statement of your banking transactions is sent to you each month.
One card for all services
Our Progress and Crescendo accounts both come with the Promutuel EvolutionPlus client card. Online transactions, telephone transactional services, InteracTM direct Payments, automated banking machines, with this card, everything is more accessible, quick and simple…
